Job description

• Recruiting staffs.

• Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.

• Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions.

• Have to organize, monitor and administer HR activities.

• Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.

• Identify training and development opportunities.

• Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.

• Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.

• Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles.

• Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans.

• Provide staff orientations.

 

Requirement

• Applicants must be Mandarin[able to read, listen, speak and write] and English literate. Know others language will add advantages.

• Candidate with the qualification of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Applicants must be willing to relocate and work overseas

• Required skill(s): well organized, well management, well Communication.

• 2 Full-Time positions available.
