1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
2. Between 3 - 4 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with exposure in residential projects, with experience overseeing projects from the inception to completion.
3. Necessary to possess good understanding of building regulations, codes and submission procedures.
4. Experienced with Indonesia authority submission and procedure is an advantage.
5. A flair for design and self-motivation to achieve good design solutions in our development  projects.
6. Good understanding of design, detailing and the project implementation process is essential.
7. Eye for good design and a keen interest in details as well as the big picture when it comes to translate ideas into built form.
8. Good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve shared objectives for the projects.
9. Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with consultants and professional peers in reviewing, directing and critiquing their design proposals to achieve project goals.
10. Good spoken and written English and Indonesian language is required.
11. Proficiency in using Autocad, photoshop & 3d-max software is a must.
