- Minimum 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in a similar position in Property Business.

- Good knowledge in Accounting system
- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things
- Strong attention to details and like to work with numbers
- A reliable, ‘can do’ attitude and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as good as in a team
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Mandarin, both oral and written is an advantageous
- Computer literate of Microsoft Office Program (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express)
