- Fresh graduate or max 2 years experience
- Computer literacy, especially AutoCAD and project management (Preferable)
- Willing to work on the project site
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- High-potential, creative, and enthusiastic individuals
- Hungry for knowledge and success
- Have experience in leading activities
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English
