- Holding a Bachelor of Architecture (with GPA 3.00 above), Master’s degree is preferable
- Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch up, MS Office
- Having had more than 1 year of professional experience is preferable
- With experience in Commercial and Residential Architecture
- Proficiency in preparing Design and Construction Documents and Specifications
- Capability to advance the design quality of the project and materialize it
