Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activity, starting from job posting activity, selection, and psychological assessment reports.
Conduct psychological test and also make a psychological report
Requirements:
Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology or on last term
Have a highly knowledge about psychological tools, scoring and interpretation.
Have an experience as tester would be an advantage
Highly independent, honest, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, confident, responsible, willing to learn, ability to work under tight schedules and team player
Fluent in written and spoken in English
