Requirements
o Fresh graduate or last semester students major at English, Journalism, Technical Writing or a related field;
o Outstanding Creative Conceptualisation and Design Orientation;
o highly creative and imaginative, with good written and interpersonal skills
o discussing client’s core message and target audience;
o brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team;
o writing and presenting a few options to clients;
o overseeing the production phase;
o understanding the creative workflow;
o able to work under pressure with an eye for detail;
o have an interest in commerce, popular culture and new advertising trends and techniques;
o Possess strong desire to learn, experiment and improve on the job;
o Bilingual in both Bahasa Indonesia & English (speaking and writing)
