Job Description :
This position will be responsible for :
- Employment Issues / Labor Problems
- Legal Activity (Obtaining Licence)
- Expatriate Permit
- Administrative Task
- Employee Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Health Insurance)
- Employee Database, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Human Resource Management from reputable university
- Male / Female max 25 years old
- 2 years experience in similar position
- Have knowledge about Major Labour Laws in Indonesia
- Have a good relation with Government (is an advantage)
- Good in English (spoken and written) and possess a good computer skills
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill (negotiation), smart, honest, and dependable
- High initiative and good as team work
- Will be placed on Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta
