1. Computer Skills:  AutoCAD, SketchUp, PhotoShop, Micosoft Office, 3D Max, V-RAY
2. For ALL candidates, experience in high-end residential, retail, office design of at least 1-3 years is preferred.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Indonesian. 
4. Strong presentation skills. 
5. Exceptional conceptual design skills (You think outside the box, and outside Pinterest! You give birth of original ideas constantly)
6.  Excellent space planning
7. Strong time management skills
8. Strong attention to details
9. Superb at managing deadlines
10. Works well under pressure
11. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
12. Productive, hardworking, passionate about design, thrives in a team atmosphere
13. Someone who is excited to learn, and who is ready to grow with the firm
14. Experience in hospitality / commercial/ exhibition design is a plus.
15. Ability to free-hand sketch is a big plus.
