1. Education (Bachelor Degree):
- Information System, Computer Science and Computer System
- Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
- Technic or Engineering equivalent
2. Knowledge :
- Project Management (Basic)
- Business Process Improvement (Basic)
- People Development / Coach (Basic)
- Career Development / Talent Management (Basic)
3. Experience :
- Min 1 year experience in IT Project or Business Project Improvement
- Rookie / new entries without specific requirements but fulfilling most of the “Specific character” required will be considered, with 1-2 years intense personal development as senior staff. Supervise position will be given subject to result of development and performance.
