- Good in english both verbal and written
- Comfortable in manufacturing environment and hands on in problem solving in production floor
- Has strategic thinking, planning and organizing, problem solving and decision making, adaptability, developing others, ability to handle challenges with good analytical thinking skill and accuracy, and managing perfomance
- Advance level of production process, quality management system knowledge, internal business process
- Willing to learn and advance in textile technologies
- Computer literate
