REQUIREMENTS:

• FEMALE, SINGLE, 25 – 32 years old

• Strong Academic Background preferably Master Degree (Marketing/Strategic Business/Business Administration) from Reputable Universities in Indonesia or Accredited Foreign Universities
• Perfect health condition and willing to do business travel

• Having good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to relate well to stakeholders and public in person and on telephone
• Well-organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks
• Strong and well-developed communications and inter-personal skills
• Detail oriented person

This position will be responsible to handle various assessment projects.

General Requirements:

• Female/Male, minimum 25 years old
• Master Degree in psychology
• Having experience as Assessment team and/or Assessment Coordinator
• Able to write and edit Assessment report with good formatting in the Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and/or with team, and have good interpersonal, communication, observation, and interviewing skills
• Good level of English and Computer literacy
• Self motivated, dynamic and pleasant personality
• Perfect health condition and willing to do business travel

REQUIREMENTS:

• Having experience in HR admin support and/or recruitment selection process (include interviewing skill) will be advantage
