JOB DESC

• Learn business lines and make observation about methods, procedures and standards used in department.
• Make an analysis process between ideal conditions of business process implementation.
• Enggaged in a project that has been prepared.
• Create and compile presentation for evaluation with management.
• Attend mentoring & coaching & counseling process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Maximum age is 27 years old.
• Candidate must process at least bachelor’s degree in any major .
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
• Active in organization.
• Goal-getters, positive mindset, integrity & resilient.
