- Advanced/intermediate English/Mandarin skills is required
- Have minimum 3 years of experience as an Manager Sales position with a proven track record of success in the mining, mineral or metals industries
- Strong business acumen, including an understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors and end-users of metallurgical products and services
- Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with technical, industrial manufacturing, distribution, or metallurgical industry sales is a plus
