Job Requirement:

• Having experience in the same position is preferred

• Understand networking and its troubleshooting
• Understand Linux OS and its troubleshooting
• Min. Diploma majoring in IT
• Minimum 1 year experience as a field engineer (preferably)

Job Description:

• Making work reports related to problem solving, product demos, and others
• Identifying technical problems and the solutions at the customer
• Able to analyze technical problems at the customer and the solutions
• Conduct regular visits related to technical support at the customer
• Familiar with Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper
• Mastering switching-routing installation and configuration, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, DHCP, etc.
