We work in project basis, and you will hardly have routine and monotonous daily activities. Your projects and assignments will demand you to be open for changes, inconsistencies, and flexibility. You will be mostly assigned responsibilities, with certain extent of flexibility and tactical freedom for you to deliver. In most occasions, you will not have definitive job descriptions but at various degree of support, typically you will be exposed to the following responsibilities throughout the entire cycle of consulting project management:

Before commencement of project, you will add values by:

1. Defining of scope and development of proposal or commercial offering pack.
2. Delivering and contributing to the process of conveying the proposed solutions to client and work on any adjustments required.
3. Proactively researching for information, standards, best practices, and common industry norms and processes to aid yourself in delivering future engagements.

During the delivery of a project, you will typically be exposed to interaction with clients and be expected to:

1. Efficiently deliver analysis and objectives of projects as assigned and as per capacity, with consultation with project leaders.
2. Efficiently and succinctly contribute in the development of final deliverables of a project, which typically manifest in the format of report and other documentations.
3. Summarize and develop the documentations or materials to aid the presentation of project outcomes.

Upon closure of a project, regardless of your level and role in a project, you will be expected to:

1. Participate and contribute in internal project management review, which will be a keystone for future development and opportunities
2. Assist in finalizing project documentations including final deliverables and any working papers used throughout the projects into a format suitable for submission or archival.

Requirements

While any academic backgrounds and level of experience may thrive in our business, we are particularly interested to hear if you:

1. Are a fresh graduate or with up to one year of work experience, preferably with exposure at accounting firms or business advisory roles in Indonesia.
2. Possess educational background of accounting, information systems, IS audit, or industrial engineering from a reputable university.
3. Are proficient in both oral and written English.
4. Are able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Are proactive and highly-motivated team player with strong analytical ability.
6. Demonstrate genuine interest in information technology and its application in business.
