PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (“the Company”) is a limited liability company established in 1996 under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and based on the Deed of Incorporation of the Company No. 6 dated August 2, 1996. The Company is domiciled in Central Jakarta, headquartered at Sinar Mas Land Plaza, Tower 2, 27th Floor, Jl. M.H. Thamrin No. 51, Central Jakarta 10350, Indonesia. Pursuant to the Articles of Association, currently the Company and its subsidiaries run their core business activities in the sector of power generation, coal mining and trading, wholesale trading, multimedia, and infrastructure in Indonesia. Through the four lines of businesses, the Company and its subsidiaries produce products and services such as electric power, coal, fertilizers, pesticides, chemicals, pay TV and internet services as well as BTS infrastructure. On 10 December 2009, the Company made an initial public offering as many as 100,000,000 shares at an offering price of Rp1,500 per share and listed 770,552,320 shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

1 Management Development Program (MDP)

MDP is career acceleration development program for graduates from reputable universities. This development program aims to create competent individuals and develop future corporate leaders. Our MDP consists of classroom training, on-the-job training, case study, and project assignment. This program has bonding service for 5 (five) years with approximately 1 year of training period.

After completing the MDP, you are expected to be competent in management role to perform at a higher level to drive organizational performance and carry out Sinarmas six values.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) or master degree (S2) from reputable university in Indonesia and top overseas university, majoring in Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, Law, or Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.60 (out of 4.0)
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 600)
  • Maximum age is 25 years
  • Willing to sign employment bond for a period of 5 years

2 Officer Development Program

ODP is our entry-level development program which is designed to develop recent university graduates to start their career as an officer who will contribute to company with the required knowledge, skill, and attitude. Our ODP consists of classroom training, on-the-job training, and project assignment. This program has bonding service for 5 (five) years with approximately 1 year of training period.

After completing the ODP, you are expected to be competent in certain position in our company to support company operation and carry out Sinarmas six values. Our company provides excellent opportunity for career growth and various leadership positions for first-class ODP graduates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) or master degree (S2) from reputable university, majoring in Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, Law, or Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.30 (out of 4.0)
  • Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 570)
  • Maximum age is 25 years
  • Willing to sign employment bond for a period of 5 years
