Semuarutepengiriman kami monitor secaraketatdansemua truck dilengkapidengan GPS untukpemantauansecara online. Job Description :

Sales & Marketing      : expansion area to find new customers, maintain existing customers, improve service levels to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction

Planning & Dispatch   : Planning and managing orders, maximizing supply trucks in all loading areas, monitoring truck trips and maximizing consignment

Operational                :Directing and developing drivers, providing training, couching and monitoring to improve competency, expertise and performance of drivers

 

Requirement :

  • At least bachelor or master degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.0
  • Sales & Marketing : any major
  • Planning & Dispatch : any major of Engineering
  • Operational : Psychology, Human Resources Management or any major with passion to handling people
  • Max. 27 years old
  • Max. 2 years working experience
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good in English speaking and writing
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and ambitious
  • Strong conceptual and analytical
  • Willing to be located in all branches of Siba Surya
  • Active in organization or other social activities
