PT Laras Exata Ustanta was established in 2014 by four Toyota Founder Dealers in Indonesia : PT Hasjrat Abadi, Agung Toyota, PT New Ratna Motor and Kalla Toyota. These four founder dealers were appointed by PT Toyota Astra Motor, Indonesia's Toyota Distributor, as authorized pioneer dealers across Indonesia in the 1960's, and they had largely contibuted to Toyota's leading market position across Indonesia up to this day.
