Job Description:
- BL production : revision, confirmation, issue, print
- Correspondence via phone and emails with customers
- Manifest submission to Customs
- Correction notice and coordination with overseas office
- All above job are done timely without fail
- Work in Medan
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Preferable : understand the basic knowledge of Marine Transportation Process and Shipping business and/or any other policies/Procedure issued by the industry organization
- Smooth communication with superiors / colleagues
