Responsibility

  • Identify, develop and close sales opportunities to ensure designated sales targets are achieved
  • Qualify, evaluate and recruit new partners, manage and monitor an active account pipeline
  • Actively manage relationships with key partners, providing excellent after sales service
  • Manage sales order and provide status to partners and management
  • Conduct sales, product presentation and training to new partners
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to develop and execute channel strategy for assign market
  • Keep abreast of current market, product and price trends and provide competitors analysis
  • Manage and improve sell through trade-shows or exhibitions
  • Provide valuable inputs to new product development team and marketing

Job Requirements

  • Minimum D3/S1 from reputable university with strong business acumen
  • Minimum 1 years in sales and fresh graduate are welcome 
  • Experience in LED Lighting is a plus
  • Dynamic and target-oriented sales professional with proven sales track record of exceeding channel sales goals
  • Experience in relationship management with business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Team oriented, highly positive attitude and driven to succeed
