1 Customer Service Relation Officer

Main Job Description:

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
  • To take responsibility for being the first point of contact for all callers to the Customer Service Centre and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times.
  • To ensure that all calls to the Customer Service Centre are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed standards and targets.
  • Service Centre, identify customer needs, and utilising appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer appropriate solutions.
  • To ensure that all computerised systems are used effectively to help process customer enquiries and accurately maintaining all records in a time critical environment.
  • Deal with all calls received within the Customer Service Centre in line with current
  • Service Level Agreements, policies and procedures.
  • Carry out all administrative tasks relating to the Customer Service Centre and any necessary follow-up work in relation to incoming calls.

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, 22-30 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Communication / Public Relation from a reputable University with GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience as Customer Service Relation in Property Business.

2 Finance Staff

Main Job Description:

  • Receive and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions. Often involved in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks.
  • Assist with preparation of the budget
  • Implement financial policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain cash controls
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
  • Monitor cash reserves and investments
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Establish and maintain supplier accounts
  • Processes supplier invoices
  • Ensure data is entered into the system
  • Issue cheques for all accounts due
  • Ensure security for all credit cards and verify charges
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized
  • accounting system
  • Prepare income statements
  • Prepare balance sheets

General Requirements:

  • Male / Female, 22-30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma Degree, Majoring in Accounting from a reputable University with GPA 3,00

3 Internal Audit

   Main Job Description:

  • Planning, executing and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory and compliance related audits / reviews.
  • Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment.
  • Identify key areas of risk within the organisation and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
  • Asses, evaluate and promote compliance to internal Policies.
  • Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conducts and participates in financial audits, compliance audits, and business improvement audits.
  • Participates in the development of the annual audit plan. Develops individual audit programs under the general supervision of the Audit Manager. Participates in assigning staff and budgeting hours for audits; tracks the progress of audits; provides technical assistance to auditors in compiling, drafting, and completing audits and audit reports.
  • Coordinates with management, accountants, and staff of various divisions or districts to obtain information necessary for internal auditing staff to conduct their audits; participates in audit entrance and exit conferences.
  • Participates in hiring, training, and evaluating staff; reviews audit work papers and draft reports of staff, identifying the need for improvements or corrections as necessary; assists staff with technical requirements and problems that arise in the course of their audits.

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience as Junior Internal Audit in KAP / Property Business.

Main Job Description:

  • Responsible to prepare and report monthly and annual tax in the company.
  • Researching, analysing and interpreting changing tax legislation in Indonesia.
  • Working with tax law and revenue provisions.
  • Preparing and submitting compliance (tax) returns by the deadline.
  • Creating tax strategies for company and planning company financial futures.
  • Providing guidance on indirect taxation issues such as VAT, customs planning and environmental taxes.
  • Negotiate with tax authorities over tax payment issues.
  • Advise management regarding the tax impact of corporate strategies.
  • Advise management on the impact of new laws on tax liabilities.

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Make best-practices recommendations to management.
  • Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits.
